One Visual Technology Co., Ltd. in Chongqing mainly manufactures and sells automotive electronic devices and lighting components. 

This company has 12 sets of large injection molding machines, and each of them is equipped with Shini three axes servo driven robot to take out the finished product and sprue in the production that is capable of arranging, stacking, quality checking and in-mould inserting, which is applicable for large injection molding machines.

At the same time, we also planned the whole plant conveying system to connect the signal of belt conveyor and robot for fully automatic operation. It integrates the conveying and intelligent anti-collision system, which effectively protects the product appearance and avoids defective products, thus improving the production efficiency and quality. Besides, Shini high temperature and high pressure water heater is equipped in order to control the mold temperature accurately.

Power system: three Roots blowers (two units work and one standby) are used with a round sound absorption device installed on its top that can greatly reduce the noise caused by power equipment and vibration, which has been widely used in Shini products.

Control system: Central material control station is equipped with SCCS-200-G-C-10.4 to monitor the automatic feeding system of the whole workshop, ensuring stable system operation.

Material handling system: six sets of “All-in-One” Compact Dryers, and big bag unloading device are used to suck materials from the big bag and deliver them into the dryer for centralized drying, and then the dry materials will be taken into the machines. The pipes are made of stainless steel to keep materials away from contamination, and carbon fiber is used for pipe elbow to avoid pipe wall worn out after long-term use.

The system gives good performance since it has been put into operation, which improves the space utilization ratio and productivity, and reduces the noise of the workshop, so it is high approved by the customer.
