The Application of Central Conveying System-Household Appliance Industry

Founded in 1984, one household appliance group in Shangdong province is a well-known global brand of household appliance that mainly engaged in manufacturing, sales and after-sales service of household appliance products and related accessories. 

In this case, we planned the central conveying system for six sets of injection molding machines in the customer’s workshop, one of which is a dual-color Doser. Moreover, we also provided the customer with a suitable implementation plan according to their actual demands. This system effectively improves the productivity of the customer, which is highly approved by the customer.



1.Centralized material storage and dust collection that are far away from the production site, which significantly improves the working environment, prevents dust from polluting the environment and reduces the wastes of the material.

2.It reduces the noise of equipment on site, and enlarges the working space, effectively increasing the space utilization rate.

3.Through material distribution station, each machine can flexibly switch the materials, and also facilitate the subsequent expansion of the equipment.



In this system, the dryer is mounted directly at the inlet of the injection molding machine, and the powder adsorption hopper is installed on the dryer and used both for injection molding machine and material conveying area. The hopper receiver SHR-P-U is suitable for transporting all kinds of powder materials, which can choose different filtering devices according to different powder contents, ensuring the utilization ratio of powder, and avoiding environmental pollution, with less material consumption.

The system is equipped with Shini updated detachable silo to store various materials. This series of silo provides different combinations, and the maximum capacity is up to 52m³, which can easily adapt to customized demands. Its modularized design with all modules connected by the bolt is convenient for workshop accesses, transportation, and assembly on site. If we want to add other materials, its perfect expandable structure enables quick capacity expansion. Moreover, it can work with the silo discharge weighing option SSW to measure real material weight and add up silo output, and collect weight data in real time for easy ERP data comparison as to find differences and improve material control.
