The Sharing of Case in Air Conditioner Industry

To meet actual demands for the development, an Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. in Nanchang, Jiangxi requires Shini to change the color of our devices to blue that of its own brand. Because the plant is large, and has many workshops, here I only take one of the workshops as the case.

The workshop is equipped with about 40 injection molding equipments, and the upper and lower layers of the material handling station are located at one corner of the workshop. The material and material storage tank are placed on the bottom layer, and ten sets of large Shini drying equipments are arranged on the upper layer, with a special power room set peripherally, mainly including six sets of Roots blower and three sets of central filters. Three blowers work, with other three back up for alternative use, to prolong the life span and improve the work efficiency.

Materials are loaded into large drying equipment on the second floor from bottom container bag for centralized drying, and then the negative pressure generated by the blower is conveyed to the workshop through the pipe to feed each machine. Moreover, the robot is installed on the injection molding machine to put finished products on the conveyor belt, and take sprue into the granulator for fully automatic production.
