Case Sharing-Automobile Accessories System

One automobile accessories system company in Hunan province is mainly focusing on the design, manufacture, and sale of the molds, automotive interior and exterior accessories system.



This company has one set of 4000T and ten sets of 1000T IMMs that all can collocate with the compact dryer SCD of our company. The materials in storage tank beside the host unit are drawn into the SCD to finish the dehumidifying, drying and conveying processes, and then delivered into the IMM.



It’s the feature in the design of our company to provide optional auxiliary equipment for the 4000T IMM. For material processing, it adopts semi-open “All-in-One” Compact Dryer SCD-900U/700H to process drying, dehumidifying and conveying, which works with the stainless steel pipeline and plastic hose to deliver the material into the IMM. Meanwhile, the storage collective hopper and Doser are installed at the inlet of IMM to add and mix the master batch, with material temporarily stored in the storage collective hopper. As plastic material has high toughness and density, the carbon fiber elbow is mounted at the material pipe elbow to prevent material from breaking through the pipeline.



For heating and cooling system, eight sets of standard Water Heaters are used for better control the temperature of all the molds. Three sets of host Central Water Chillers assembled by modular Water Chiller SICC-90A-R2 are used to meet the demands for cooling. The water tower and water tank are placed along the external wall of the IMM’s workshop. For the two water pipelines, the upper line is the input pipe, and the lower line is the output pipe that both adopt thermal insulation treatment to prevent energy loses in the pipeline. For pipes connecting to machines in the workshop, the package for special materials can prevent them from scratches, energy losses, and beautify the layout of the whole pipeline.



For intelligent manufacturing, the use of our robot enables 360-degree rotation free of dead angle. It puts the large automobile bumper on the conveyor belt after taking out and then delivers it into the package frame for stacking.



The organized pipe layout with reasonable and economic model options ensure sound operation of the whole system, which has been put into operation for three years and highly been approved by the customer on its excellent performance.
