【Shini Group】Intelligent unpacking opens up the first stage of production line feeding
The core of automatic material bag opening system is based on automation technology, which reconstructs the entire process of raw material supply and realizes the transformation from manual operation to systematic collaboration. Under the traditional mode, employees carry 25-KG raw material bags more than a thousand times a day, and such high-intensity repetitive labor work leads to physical exhaustion and high turnover rates. In addition, affected by emotional stress and physical strength, the feeding efficiency fluctuates greatly, and there are systematic risks such as material mixing, efficiency fluctuations, and data breakpoints, which will directly affect the continuity of the production line and the quality of feeding. Automated feeding can fundamentally eliminate the bottleneck of manual operations, achieve stable, traceable, and uninterrupted raw material supply, and is an effective way to improve the reliability of the feeding system and reduce operational risks.
The robotic unpacking system, with the core architecture of "unpacking robot+ground rail +3D visual system", constructs a multi-dimensional collaborative operation system that can simultaneously enable automatic recognition, bag picking, bag opening, and feeding of three or more types of raw materials. 3D vision guided robots accurately recognize the position and posture of bagged raw materials, achieving intelligent picking of raw material bags. The ground rail added operations can further cover multiple feeding ports with one system. The system can seamlessly integrate with the customer's MES, receives production instructions, automatically schedules AGV to transport raw materials, and provides no human intervention throughout the entire process from storage to production line. This is not partial automation, but an overall restructuring of the feeding process. Optional bar code scanning system, which binds a unique code for tracing raw material while warehousing, can automatically scan and compare the code before bag opening. It enables quality control right from the source and eliminates the need of sampling inspection afterward.

SRP-3300 palletizing robot adopts FEM principle to optimize the efficiency and satisfy the palletizing/de-palletizing requirements. The robot has the advantage of low cost, long life and can run in multiple production lines. At the end of the robot it is equipped with customized jig/claw to enable picking, moving and palletizing/de-palletizing of different packed products. When combined with customized pallet conveyor and roller conveyor, it can achieve full automation of stacked pallets one after one conveying, raw material bag palletizing and transporting.
