The SEHD energy-efficient hopper dryer can be used for drying most non-hygroscopic materials, such as PS, PP, ABS, etc. The maximum drying temperature can reach 160℃ and it also can choose the optional double-layer insulation model to obtain uniform hopper temperature with less heat losses. “Standard” Drying Loaders - SDL
SDL series “Standard” Drying Loaders integrate plastic drying and loading into one unit. Especially applicable to those large injection moulding machine which is with height limitation workshop. This combination offers single stage loading with photosensor hoppers, which can be used to convey dried materials to the injection moulding machine. Besides, optional SAL-900G is also available to realize the two-stage loading function.

Mould Sweat Dehumidifiers - SMD-H

The dehumidifying dryers system consists of Honeycomb Dehumidifier SD-H-C and Hopper Dryer DH-U. It includes the floor stand version or customized plateform version. If there are too much dust contaminate the raw material, cyclone dust-collector ACF can be selected.
