Shini group will exhibit the newly-developed Three Axes Servo Driven Robot (telescopic type) ST3-T. There are two models ST3-700-1400T、ST3-900-1600T available for the use with plastic injection molding machine of 200T, and under 300T.
This series has one telescopic arm, which is suitable for the 2 plate mold users and hot runner mold users. For the application of 3 plate mold users, pneumatic vice-arm is optional. But the pneumatic vice-arm lacks coordination with pneumatic main-arm. Hence we generally suggest not using vice-arm; three axes are all driven by servo motors to locate accurately, the tolerance is plus minus 0.1 mm and they can all stack randomly; three axes can be driven to achieve the minimum number of loop cycle, up to 6s or less under the safe circumstance.
Proximity sensors and impact resistances are employed in all moving degrees to prevent any operation accident. Software and hardware double protection function ensure the injection molding machine and robot operate safely. The design of I/O short circuit protection can effectively avoid damages to the control circuit. The control system passes CE-EMC certification with high reliability test and anti-interference competence.
All pneumatic components adopt the world-famous brand products, with high quality and good compatibility. The interface between the injection molding machine and SHINI robot is designed in accordance with the standard of Euromap12, Euromap67 and SPI.
Based on VARAN-BUS technology, the advanced 8.4-inch true-color touch screen is equipped with the delay automatic protection function. Dialogue-figure editing helps with simple, fast and convenience operation. Multi-axis motion can smoothly reach every possible position. The logic of closed-loop control is precise and reliable. Compact control module can easily expand the number of axis, up to eight axes. Aligning, stacking, reject detection and inserting are all achievable with this series. Real time monitoring and alarm messages are integrated through network to provide better management method. Save and upgrade can be achieved via USB interface.
